She was always available for questions. Some questions she had the answer and others she needed to speak to the selling realtor or new home sales person. We always received answers to our questions in a timely manner. She listens to what was important to us. I can attest that is not always the case with sales people. I highly recommend Alyce.

My dad is in a long term care facility and even though his kids were responsible for selling his house she took the time to visit him and to keep him involved with the selling process – she even brought him a plant from his house so he would have a “piece of home” with him at all times. Selling a home is not an easy process and when you’re dealing with selling a home out-of-state its twice as hard but with Alyce's help/assistance/guidance this process went smoothly. We all would highly recommend her!
